Refund Policy
How fees are handled for consulting work commissioned with Tool Lane Core.
This site does not process payments or host checkout. Fees for consulting engagements are agreed and invoiced separately after you contact the office by phone or email.
Before work begins
If you cancel a confirmed engagement before kickoff and before any discovery work has started, prepaid fees are refunded in full within fourteen business days using the original payment method where possible.
After kickoff
Once discovery sampling or workshops have started, fees for completed phases are non-refundable. Unused future phases may be credited or refunded on a pro-rata basis as written in your engagement confirmation.
Quality concerns
If deliverables materially differ from the agreed scope, contact info@tool-lanecore.digital within ten business days of delivery. We will review findings and, where appropriate, remediate or adjust fees.
Desktop utility
Availability of the local analytical utility is handled through Veve. Refund questions for that channel follow Veve’s own policies; this site does not sell or download application binaries.
