Purposes and legal bases
We process contact details to answer you and to perform a contract for consulting work, or to take steps before a contract. Logs are processed for security and availability on the basis of legitimate interests in a working, uncompromised site.
Retention
Emails and call notes about a commissioned engagement are kept for up to seven years with project records. Inquiries that do not lead to work are kept up to eighteen months. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days unless needed for a security review.
Your rights
